If this momentum builds, it is likely in the not too distant future that large proportions of London’s new housing stock will be owned by corporate landlords as it is in Germany. Tenant satisfaction has long been a focal point for our business so we welcome a future where codes of conduct are introduced to the sector by professional landlords.
We’re also comfortable dealing with volume so the prospect of looking after large portfolios for residential REITS or other property companies is one that excites us. Indeed, our ability to manage the mass furnishing of multi-unit developments is second to none. This is where our expertise and experience really comes into its own. Key to this, is getting the job done at a speed and competency that few can compete with, ensuring voids are kept to an absolute minimum. With a delivery fleet of over 50 vehicles operating from our three regional hubs in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, we deliver 45 tonnes of furniture every day and make over 65,000 deliveries a year. We’re well positioned to cater for an expanding PRS.
We also feel that private companies like us are central to improving standards. Our service has helped tenants time and time again by making sure – if furniture or appliances are missing or damaged – we are there to replace them either the same day or next day. Our hands-on approach – where we liaise with the agents, landlord and tenant directly – makes us an integral part of a landlord’s property management team and their ability to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.

On a final note, we were delighted to sponsor the Gala dinner. It capped a fantastic day and we enjoyed sharing ideas and making new friends.
