Look out for the golden ticket as David Phillips unveils best ever brochure
Today we have launched our best brochure in 15 years of service offering customers more choice and better value than ever before.
Inside every brochure is a ticket so please remember to look out for it. It’s a little way of saying ‘thank you’. A Bronze Ticket will get you 5% off your next order, a Silver Ticket 10% off, and if you find the Golden Ticket you will be rewarded with a brand new iPad Mini 16GB in Black or White.
As we commemorate our 15th year, we have increased our product range by nearly a third and have worked hard to ensure that everything we offer has been ‘inspired by you’ – the customer. We have listened to what you told us and have tried our best to provide what you wanted.
Liaising with property developers, landlords, agents, and investors, we have improved all of our ranges to better suit your requirements. Our Mid and Design-Inspired ranges have both been updated keeping you in touch with this year’s latest style and furniture trends. These ranges include some elegant new contemporary pieces along with some quirky occasional items that will catch the eye. We have also taken big strides to improve to our high-end offer with our interior designers handpicking some of the most stylish luxury products out there to add to our collection.
In addition, we have introduced products that are now more practical as well as widening our offer to enable you to get all the household essentials through us as well. We have sought to make life easier for investors and property managers by introducing products that are even more durable and easier to maintain, as well as expanding our range of appliances, televisions and useful extras (see our appliance brochure for our full range of products). We have also frozen prices on all appliances and electrical product for a second successive year.

“When we started out in 1998 as a next day furniture delivery service who would have envisaged 15 years later that we would have a delivery fleet of 49 vehicles, offices throughout the UK, an in-house interior design team, and thousands of products available for next day delivery.
